Service Technician — Revolve at Ballpark Village

The Service Technician role is onsite at Revolve at Ballpark Village in Goodyear, AZ. What you'll do

• Assist with make-ready units
• troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues
• perform repairs and preventive maintenance in vacant units
• perform daily pool care and check chemical balance and safety
• complete minor roof repairs and re-key locks
• inspect for safety hazards and correct or report them
• share on-call duty with the service team
• assist with parts and cleaning-supply inventory.
