What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• help with walking, transfers, and safe positioning
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping
• follow each client's care plan and daily routine
• communicate changes in client condition or needs to the care team.
