What you'll do

• document and standardize policies and procedures
• coordinate payroll with the PEO
• deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
• track NOI, budgets, forecasts, and variances
• support tax filings, audits, and compliance
• perform development project cost accounting and facilitate draws
• collaborate with construction and operations leaders.
