Guest Service Representative

Job overview

The Guest Service Representative role is onsite in Georgetown, TX. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports hotel front-desk operations under Mid-Continent Hospitality standards. What you'll do

• Greet and register guests
• make and modify reservations
• handle check-ins and check-outs
• operate the telephone switchboard and front-desk computer system
• respond to requests for information, mail, and messages
• answer questions about hotel services and local options
• follow credit policies and emergency procedures.
