What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and make outbound patient calls
• register patients by phone and maintain accurate records
• verify personal and insurance information
• schedule and reschedule appointments and procedures
• collect and process patient payments
• complete other functions as requested by management.
