What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor and support sales associates during assigned shifts
• deliver customer service and resolve routine guest concerns
• open and close the Gift Shop and secure cash and facility
• operate point-of-sale systems and follow cash-handling procedures
• maintain cleanliness and visual presentation
• assist with receiving, inventory entry, and restocking
• schedule breaks and provide floor coverage as needed.
