What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and senior-services referral partners
• respond to family inquiries and explain care options
• conduct in-home consultations and recommend services
• follow up with prospective clients and support conversion of qualified inquiries
• maintain relationships with current clients and families to identify changing needs
• attend networking events and provide educational presentations
• connect families with Firefly Home Health, First Call Care Management, and community resources
• track referrals and client growth
• and work with leadership to improve services and client experience.

Why this role

One or more years of outside sales experience and a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals are preferred. Healthcare sales, business development, home care, home health, senior living, care management, aging services, and an active healthcare license or related credential are preferred.
