The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Brandon, FL, with all shifts available. Pay is $35–$40 per hour, based on experience, with shift differentials as applicable. Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking nurses for its resident-centered clinical leadership team. The RN supports daily nursing operations and helps ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care. The role supervises and mentors nursing staff, contributes to staffing and quality initiatives, and coordinates care planning with families and interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with daily operations
• supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• address staff concerns
• monitor staffing and scheduling
• conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• participate in quality assurance, budget planning, and committees
• oversee MDS coordination
• collaborate on discharge planning
• support individualized resident care.
