Conference Services Manager

What you'll do

• Complete banquet event orders for group functions and meeting rooms
• upsell when appropriate
• provide banquet menu and package information
• assist banquet staff as needed
• attend requested familiarization tours and outings
• forecast food and beverage needs
• identify operational challenges and coordinate solutions
• provide assigned sales office coverage.

Why this role
