What you'll do

• Review published legal-benchmark tasks in corporate M&A
• adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics
• conduct structural quality checks across prompts, rubrics, and source documents
• perform data-room red-flag reviews, diligence memos, and disclosure schedules
• handle SPA-related tasks involving 10–100 source documents
• work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
