The Concierge role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with a stated 7 a.m.–3 p.m. schedule and per diem status. Pay is $17.05 per hour. Breakers at Edgewater Beach’s community mission is to brighten and enrich the lives of those it serves through hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect, and teamwork. The concierge assists residents, guests, and vendors while supporting a welcoming and responsive community environment. The role handles visitor assistance, calls, deliveries, logs, and administrative tasks, and helps ensure concerns receive timely follow-up.

What you'll do

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families
• answer telephone calls
• may monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms and investigate unusual activity
• process work-order, incident, and concern reports
• receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
• maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes
• assist other departments with administrative functions
• follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns.
