What you'll do
- Assist with recruiting, orienting, supervising, and evaluating nursing and clerical staff

- organize in-service education
- maintain staff licensure
- ensure adequate supplies and pharmaceuticals
- audit medical records, logs, referrals, and sick call
- participate in quality assurance
- monitor chronic disease care plans and infection control
- inspect sanitation and safety
- respond to grievances
- monitor serious medical conditions
- assume on-call status for staff problems and in the absence of direct management.
