What you'll do

• Rotate among assigned tax sites
• coordinate outreach with site leaders
• engage tax filers and explain available services
• screen for potential public-benefit eligibility
• assist with applications and documentation, including Pennsylvania PACE assistance when assigned
• complete warm referrals and follow up
• maintain accurate records and reports
• protect confidential information
• obtain and maintain required IRS Basic tax certification
• follow tax-site and program procedures.
