OB Hospitalist Site Director

The OB Hospitalist Site Director role is onsite in Hazleton, PA. Compensation is not specified. The role is part of an OB Hospitalist clinical team focused on delivering a quality, value-based program. The site director supports program operations and quality care by building relationships with hospital and clinical staff, developing clinicians, communicating clinical expectations, and collaborating with leadership on clinical and operational objectives. The position includes at least five 24-hour shifts, or equivalent, in each 28-day period; travel to the hospital may be needed as operational priorities require.

What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• build and maintain relationships with hospital medical staff, nursing staff, administrative leadership, and the physician and CNM hospitalist team
• collaborate with leadership on clinical and operational objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies and expectations
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• collaborate on ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization. Travel to the hospital as needed.
