What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets
• assist with registration and admission
• answer and route calls
• learn emergency phone-triage protocols and involve clinical staff when needed
• coordinate arrivals and patient flow
• update clients
• maintain electronic records
• process deposits and payments
• and support check-in, checkout, and reception-area upkeep.
