Job overview

The HVAC Field Service Technician role is onsite in Auburndale, FL, with local daily travel in Central Florida and possible overnight travel to other Florida job sites. Pay is $20.40–$35 per hour. The role services modular HVAC equipment and related systems at customer sites. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs HVAC equipment and may also work on plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, ceiling, and electrical systems in modular buildings. The role supports safe, reliable equipment operation and positive customer experiences through field service, inspections, and maintenance.

What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems and replacement parts
• perform field repairs and maintenance on related building systems
• update equipment records
• inspect equipment and vehicles
• operate a company vehicle
• follow safety and construction standards
• communicate work status and service concerns to customers
• train customer employees on machinery maintenance when applicable.
