What you'll do

• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• implement email security and compliance measures
• manage accounts, licensing, and access controls
• plan and execute migrations and upgrades
• provide Tier 2/3 support
• manage endpoint identity, security, access, policies, updates, and applications
• deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Purview, and Microsoft Entra ID
• monitor M365 and SQL environment performance
• collaborate on integrations and IT projects
• develop training materials and maintain documentation.

Why this role
