Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach

The Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Pay is $16–$20 per hour. The Exercise Coach is hiring for its fitness studio, with full-time work available and part-time hours also offered at specified times, including weekends. The coach leads one-on-one and small-group training, helps clients pursue fitness goals, and supports client recruitment and retention through scheduling, communication, and service. Coaching should account for clients’ injuries and limitations while helping them work toward their goals.
