Assistant General Manager

Compensation is $14–$35 per hour. The Assistant General Manager role is an onsite position located in Parkers Prairie, MN. The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant by building a strong team and maintaining high standards for food quality and customer service. What you'll do

• Guides team members and Shift Leaders, ensures safe and quality food service, manages scheduling and deployment, monitors team performance, maintains point of sale systems, ensures health and safety compliance, and handles customer complaints.
