The role prepares dishes accurately and efficiently while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and organization. Consistent execution, timely ticket processing, and coordination with front- and back-of-house teams help provide a seamless dining service.

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute dishes at an assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• process food tickets accurately
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
• maintain organized storage and production areas
• collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams
• follow sanitation requirements and chef or sous chef direction.
