What you'll do

• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule for bakery equipment and machinery
• document completed daily and weekly tasks and advise the Sanitation Manager
• monitor chemical usage
• inspect equipment and areas for pests or insects
• maintain assigned internal and external plant areas
• follow company policies and food safety standards.
