- review medication administration practices and documentation
- recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff
- develop staffing schedules
- maintain clinical records and prepare for surveys and audits
- monitor incidents and conduct quality assurance reviews
- collaborate with the Executive Director, Culinary Director, and other department leaders.
