Ready Mix Concrete Driver

The Ready Mix Concrete Driver role is onsite in Westbrook, ME, and pays $23.50–$30 per hour. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m., with at least every-other-Saturday work from 6 a.m. to noon during April through November. Auburn Concrete delivers ready-mixed concrete from its batch plant to customer job sites. The driver safely transports and delivers concrete, maintains the mixer truck, and completes inspections and paperwork. The role supports timely delivery of quality concrete while maintaining safety and communication with dispatch and job sites.

What you'll do

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle to transport ready-mixed concrete from the batch plant to customer job sites
• inspect, service, and clean the truck
• complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork
• follow maps and directions
• deliver and adjust the load as needed
• communicate job-site conditions and scheduling changes to dispatch
• and maintain safety and quality standards.
