What you'll do

• Write and edit member emails, newsletters, blog posts, social captions, training promotions, policy announcements, and short video scripts
• create short educational videos
• manage a content calendar and multichannel campaigns
• build and send email campaigns
• manage lists, segmentation, scheduling, and basic reporting
• repurpose content across formats
• and collaborate with leadership, Member Support, and Compliance.
