Information Technology Director — Healthcare

What you'll do

• oversee WAN connectivity, ISPs, firewalls, and VPNs
• manage MSP accountability and service-level agreements
• serve as HIPAA Security Officer and lead security policies, risk assessments, and staff training
• design integrations among EMR, practice management, laboratory, and population-health systems
• standardize hardware and software lifecycle
• optimize clinical applications with the Chief Medical Officer
• establish support escalation and ticketing
• develop business intelligence and reporting
• manage disaster recovery and business continuity.
