What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers
• write up, process, collect, and distribute customer orders
• help with stock replenishment and warehouse cleanliness
• resolve customer issues
• occasionally drive to other branches to provide coverage.
