What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards
• mentor and guide nursing staff
• assist with daily nursing operations and staffing coverage
• monitor resident conditions and communicate concerns
• maintain accurate documentation
• support infection prevention, safety, and policy compliance
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• assist with staff orientation and training.
