The Maintenance Technician — Hotel Property role is an onsite, full-time position in Kansas City, MO, paying $18–$21 per hour. The technician supports the Holiday Inn KCI and/or Atwell Suites KCI by maintaining guest rooms and public areas to IHG standards so they are guest-ready. The role helps keep hotel systems, equipment, and property areas safe and operational. It performs preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoots building systems, maintains parts and tools, and helps keep exterior areas clear and safe for guests and employees.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment, plumbing, and finished surfaces
• assist with air-conditioning units, PTACs, and HVAC systems
• troubleshoot hotel systems including locks, alarms, boilers, water heaters, laundry equipment, and food-and-beverage equipment
• monitor and order parts and supplies
• conduct exterior property walks and remove trash
• remove snow and spread ice melt
• coordinate with hotel departments and engage with guests.
