What you'll do

• Advertise and promote the property
• provide tours
• manage the full-cycle leasing process
• ensure renter's insurance compliance
• review rental rates and concessions with the Portfolio Manager
• maintain 95% occupancy
• collect rent and ancillary revenue
• complete reports and payroll submissions
• comply with fair housing and landlord-tenant requirements
• coordinate training and attend court hearings as needed.
