What you'll do

• Maintain sterile field integrity using aseptic technique
• assist surgical teams during cardiovascular cases
• conduct pre-procedure assessments and confirm understanding of the surgical plan
• lead and participate in surgical timeouts and safety checks
• collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operating room staff
• support perioperative standards and high-quality nursing care.

Why this role

Full-time day shift with four 10-hour or three 12-hour shift options, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; on-call requirement includes one weekend per month and three to four weekdays per month. Texas or compact-state RN license, BLS, and ACLS required.
