Senior Personal Trainer

What you'll do

• Lead scheduled onsite group fitness classes for older adults focused on functional movement, balance, and strength
• provide private and small-group training
• monitor safety and modify activities as needed
• build respectful relationships with residents, staff, and community decision-makers
• follow program protocols and curriculum
• report attendance, feedback, and client notes to the Fitness Program Manager.
