What you'll do

• Lead preparation of RFQ, RFP, and interview responses with project executives and team members
• track proposals and follow up
• write and maintain qualifications materials
• support the client relationship management system with company, employee, and project information
• maintain brand integrity and quality control
• manage electronic and hard-copy files
• prepare customized qualifications and interview materials
• maintain project information sheets, resumes, and boilerplate content
• assist project teams with consistent corporate-image deliverables.
