What you'll do

• Own proposal delivery from RFP receipt through final submission
• coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, author responses, and ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment
• manage the RFP tracker, timelines, workflows, and internal SLAs
• develop proposal content connecting product capabilities and value propositions to client requirements
• improve AI and automation tools and workflows
• build and enhance the RFP content library
• identify trends and share insights with the broader team.
