Activity Assistant — Evening Shift

What you'll do

• Plan and monitor unit activities, program content, and independent activities
• implement individual and group activities
• supervise residents’ use of equipment and materials and take necessary precautions
• oversee documentation of participation assessments, MDS, care plans, and progress
• work with activity staff to maintain relationships with agencies and volunteer groups.
