What you'll do

• Manage wage and hour litigation matters
• represent employers in class and collective actions and other employment disputes
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal documents
• manage written discovery
• take and defend depositions
• prepare and argue motions, including class certification and decertification
• develop litigation strategy
• advise on Oregon and federal wage and hour requirements
• collaborate with attorneys and clients.
