General Manager Trainee – Movie Theater Operations

The trainee develops toward managing a theater’s daily operations, including staff, payroll, customer service, cash deposits, paperwork, loss prevention, and food and beverage operations. The position helps prepare locations for daily service and deliver a strong guest experience as the company expands.

What you'll do

• Learn the company’s approach to operating movie theaters
• work and train in Cathedral City before relocating within California
• oversee or support daily theater operations, staff, payroll, customer service, cash deposits, paperwork, loss prevention, and food and beverage operations
• work with corporate management and ownership to operate and market the business and serve the local community.
