Ministry Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate ministry program strategies across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats
• lead, recruit, train, and coach Outreach Area Team volunteers
• advise churches and partner organizations
• oversee operational processes, resource allocation, logistics, and program budgets
• represent the organization in domestic and international ministry programs
• collaborate on Wheelchair Collection Program logistics with Global Operations.
