What you'll do

• Administer medications according to physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations, using permitted routes
• observe residents’ responses and report changes or adverse reactions to nursing staff
• assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing staff direction
• secure and account for medications
• maintain timely, accurate medication and care documentation
• collaborate with the care team.

Why this role
