What you'll do

• Work one-to-one with assigned individuals on behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition goals
• receive supervision and implement BCBA feedback
• collect treatment data
• complete daily session notes
• prepare therapy materials
• advise, consult, or train families and agency personnel as assigned
• participate in treatment-plan development and staff meetings
• report incidents or complaints
• complete RBT training and certification within 90 days if not already certified
• maintain RBT status.

Why this role

RBT course and certification must be completed within the first 90 days if the employee is not already an RBT. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with children with disabilities are required.
