What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide courteous service
• enter orders into the point-of-sale system
• process payments
• confirm order accuracy and communicate special requests
• assemble, package, and distribute food and beverages
• answer menu questions
• address concerns or escalate them to a supervisor
• maintain and restock service areas
• follow food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures
• perform opening, closing, and other assigned operational duties.
