What you'll do

• Serve as the client contact during estimating and preconstruction
• build relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, scope sheets, and bid comparisons
• review plans and specifications
• coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• support sales and proposal follow-up
• maintain CRM and estimating pipeline updates
• coordinate project handoffs and maintain project documentation
• track estimate performance and prepare reports and forecasts.
