The Cannabis Wholesale Manager role is onsite in Elk River, Minnesota, with compensation of $85,000–$100,000 annually, plus eligibility for a wholesale incentive bonus. This is the founding leader of Vireo Health of Minnesota’s new wholesale department. The manager will build the wholesale function, grow licensed retailer accounts, and lead brand launches and community presence. The role establishes the team, sales processes, performance measures, revenue plan, and trade marketing approach while ensuring sales and advertising comply with Minnesota requirements.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the Minnesota wholesale department and hire and develop account representatives and events support staff
• establish sales platforms, procedures, and performance measures
• prospect and manage licensed retailer accounts through orders, delivery, payment, and reorders
• oversee receivables, pricing, demand forecasts, trade marketing, launches, and events
• coordinate compliance and seed-to-sale tracking
• travel across Minnesota as business needs require.
