What you'll do

• Coordinate architectural project teams and consultants
• lead design and multidisciplinary coordination
• manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• oversee contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• administer design and construction work, including site visits, field reports, submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs
• present design solutions
• manage client relationships and project changes
• ensure code and contract compliance
• mentor junior architects.
