The Equipment Maintenance Technician works onsite in Bowling Green, OH. Pay is $28–$29 per hour. The role maintains and repairs production machinery to reduce downtime and keep operations running safely. The technician inspects equipment, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots failures, documents work, and collaborates with production and engineering teams on repairs and improvements.

What you'll do

• Inspect production equipment and perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• document maintenance activities and equipment performance
• diagnose malfunctions and perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
• replace defective components and calibrate equipment
• respond to breakdowns and coordinate with production teams and external specialists
• follow safety standards and OSHA regulations
• maintain CMMS records
• recommend upgrades and collaborate on improvements.
