What you'll do

• Prepare and review site documents
• notify team members when regulatory, contractual, and other documents are complete
• distribute completed documents
• maintain internal systems and project tracking
• follow up on required document approvals and execution
• support site feasibility, regulatory, start-up, and maintenance activities
• track site activation metrics and timelines
• and ensure activities and submissions follow applicable regulations, SOPs, work instructions, and project requirements.
