Commercial Pest Control Technician

The Commercial Pest Control Technician is an onsite role based in Kensington, MD. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commission. This role supports the Orkin commercial service team in delivering pest protection. This role exists to provide high-level pest protection and service on a designated route. The technician will diagnose issues, plan treatments, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service delivery.

What you'll do

• Complete award-winning training.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of properties.
• Complete service-related documentation.
