What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the propane distribution facility
• coordinate delivery schedules and routing with the dispatcher
• monitor inventory and place orders
• ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained
• cross-train in service and delivery functions
• enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance
• conduct safety meetings and investigate incidents
• supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• create work schedules
• handle customer inquiries and complaints
• assist with budgeting and operational reports
• coordinate propane distribution logistics with suppliers and vendors.
