The role prepares and operates screen-printing equipment to apply conductive inks to substrates and components, helping ensure accurate production, quality checks, and finished-product assembly.

What you'll do

• Prepare screens, conductive inks, substrates, and equipment
• set up and operate electronic screen-printing equipment
• monitor print quality and make approved adjustments
• set oven cure profiles
• perform lamination and assembly, including wire harness assembly and testing
• conduct quality checks and electrical resistance measurements
• maintain traceable production and inspection records
• clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• follow safety, ventilation, PPE, and chemical-handling procedures.
