Signal Integrity Engineering Intern

The Signal Integrity Engineering Intern role is onsite in Boise, ID; compensation is not specified. The intern supports Micron’s Signal Integrity Research & Development team, which enables electrical performance across memory and storage products. Working alongside experienced engineers, the intern contributes to analysis and validation of high-speed memory interfaces and power distribution networks. Modeling, simulation, measurement, and engineering workflows support product development and future technology and standards work.

What you'll do

• Support signal- and power-integrity analysis for high-speed memory interfaces and power distribution networks using modeling, simulation, measurement, and correlation. Collaborate with silicon, package, product, validation, and system engineering teams
• develop and evaluate die, package, PCB, and system-level models
• use AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve analysis and reporting
• contribute to methodology development, standards exploration, customer support, and technical documentation.
