What you'll do

• Welcome, register, and check out guests

• answer calls and provide hotel information
• process charges and payments and reconcile transactions
• promote hotel services and room options
• address guest concerns and document service recovery
• communicate information across departments and shifts
• maintain front-desk and public areas
• follow privacy, safety, security, cash-handling, and emergency procedures
• assist other departments as operational needs require.
